We would like our real estate professional clients to join us in reducing our impact on the environment by using less paper when producing our title commitments. This effort will reduce the amount of paper entering the recycling/waste stream.

To help us accomplish this goal we have established an online database that contains all of the covenants recorded for subdivisions in Mesa County. When you access the database you can view, or print, only the covenants you and your clients need. You can save the file, email them to your clients or others, or, simply access the covenants anytime, day or night, to read the contents online. The important result is that our office won't generate any additional unused copies.

Our title commitments disclose the covenants of a subject property by Reception Number. You can search the covenants database by Reception Number, or alphabetically by subdivision name.
