The Colorado Division of Insurance is now requiring a charge for any services provided by title insurance companies. This database is considered a service where a fee to cover costs must be charged. Abstract and Title is currently designing an alternative method to charge a minimal fee to access the covenants database. Our goal is to make this process as easy, inexpensive and efficient as possible.
