Rates
The Fee Schedule includes title examination and premium for issuance of a title policy on a single, ordinary chain of title. An Owner 's Policy insuring a fee simple or leasehold estate, will not be issued for less than the full value of the Insured's interest or the loan amount whichever is greater. A Loan Policy will not be issued for less than the full principal debt. A Policy can, however, be issued for a reasonable amount in excess of the principal debt to cover interest, foreclosure cost, etc., not to exceed 120% of the principal debt. Special Rates Owner's or Loan Policy (Short term rate): When an owner's or loan policy is ordered within five years of the effective date of a prior policy, the charge will be 50% of the amount set forth in the basic schedule of rates. |
